Welcome and listening

The Reception and Listening Desk is a service aimed at all the staff, structured and unstructured, of the University who experience situations of organisational malaise, work-related stress or of mobbing.

Who it's for

The Desk, promoted as part of the wider project on organisational well-being at the University, is aimed at all teaching, research and administrative staff who experience situations of psychological discomfort in the workplace,organisational context, work-related stress and you need useful support to cope with it and also to prevent situations related to bullying. The situations that are generally addressed by the counter are: 
- Difficulty in adapting to the organisational context; 
- Blocks of anxiety and difficulty concentrating at work; 
- Demotivation 
- Difficulty in managing stress 
- Psychological distress of different nature (anxiety, depressed mood, social phobia, panic attacks) related to the work environment 
- Relationship difficulties in the work environment

Purpose

The Reception and Listening Desk intends to provide, through a completely free service, counseling and psychological support through the activation of individual interviews in the most complete confidentiality. Issues will be explored according to the following list:
1. information on the purposes and methods of carrying out the service; 
2. compilation of the privacy form; 
3. brief collection of personal data; 
4. spontaneous description of the inconvenience.

Head Psychologist

The reception and counselling desk is run by Dr Lucia Camellini, occupational psychologist and psychotherapist.

The first interview will take place according to the following schedule:
1. information on the purpose and methods of the service;
2. completion of the privacy form;
3. brief collection of personal data;
4. spontaneous account of the problem.

Professional in charge

Dr. Lucia Camellini

Occupational psychologist and psychotherapist, self-employed. For the field of work psychology, he deals with business consulting in the public and private sector, carrying out interventionsof project and change management, selection, training, managerial and managerial coaching, short term counseling to combat work discomfort; in the clinical field, it offers psychological counseling and individual psychotherapy in favor of individuals also in collaboration with international and local welfare platforms.
