The Course “Social Innovation & Diversity Management - Manager of Social Innovation” stipulates as the main admission criterion, the possession of at least:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher obtained by D.M. n. 270 of October 22nd 2004;
- a Bachelor's degree or higher obtained by D.M. n. 509 of November 3rd, 1999;
- a Bachelor's degree awarded according to the system before D.M. n. 509 of November 3rd, 1999;
- a degree of equal value issued abroad, recognized as appropriate.

Persons holding a Secondary Education Diploma with at least five years of work experience in a field related to the topics of the Course may be admitted.

Applicants must be resident or domiciled in Emilia-Romagna at the time of registration. Exceptions are made for students enrolled in regional universities or AFAM Institutes, who may also reside or be domiciled in other regions.

The evaluation committee will ascertain the possession of the formal and substantive requirements for admission to the Course indicated in the announcement of admission.
In addition to the admission qualification, additional certificates obtained in master's degrees and higher education courses, Certifications of foreign languages, publications (theses, articles, etc.) in areas related to the themes of the Course will be evaluated.
The priority criterion in the face of the impossibility of accepting all applications for admission will be given by the score of the motivational letter.

The Course is aimed at: “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)/Equality Managers”, trusted advisor(s), trade union representatives, public officers, Equality Advisor(s); gender and social reporting experts.
It aims to train profiles for inclusion in the structures of equality bodies consistent with the essential requirements for their functioning as recently amended by Directive (EU) 2024/1500, dated May 14th, 2024 and Directive (EU) 2024/1499, dated May 7th, 2024 concerning equality bodies in the field of equal treatment. It also addresses the training of staff working in the HR area, providing specialized skills useful in meeting the current and future challenges of equity and inclusion in the HR sector.

The Course is intended as an interdisciplinary training opportunity that enables participating individuals to acquire functional knowledge and skills to activate, accompany and support the redevelopment and resilience of urban contexts, from an inclusive, intersectional and sustainable perspective. The Course, through its articulation in modules of face-to-face teaching, laboratory and project activities, also aims to disseminate knowledge and skills to promote intra-organizational and territorial innovation. The training offering will make constant reference to national, international and European sources, materials and experiences.
