The Board of Directors is established by decree of the Rector and consists of 11 members: the Rector, three members not belonging to the University's roles, five members belonging to the University's roles, two student representatives. The Director General and the Pro-Rectors participate in the BoD without voting rights. See Article 13 of the University Statute.
It has financial-administrative management tasks.
