For the year 2025, in compliance with Academic Board provisions and national holidays, the Office will observe the following closures to the public:
- Monday, June 2 (National Republic Day)
- August 11-15, 2025
- Monday, December 8, 2025 (Feast of the Immaculate Conception)
- Wednesday, December 10, 2025 (staff will be engaged at Bologna Fiere for the 2nd exam session of the Open Semester for access to Medicine and Surgery and Dentistry)
- December 24, 2025 - January 6, 2026
During the following periods:
- August 18- August 22, 2025
the Office will be closed to the public but will maintain telephone reception, email response service, and Thursday online appointments.

The Reception Service for Students with Disabilities is in charge of implementing activities and services from the moment of enrolment until graduation.
