For the year 2025, in compliance with Academic Board provisions and national holidays, the Office will observe the following closures to the public:
- Monday, June 2 (National Republic Day)
- August 11-15, 2025
- Monday, December 8, 2025 (Feast of the Immaculate Conception)
- Wednesday, December 10, 2025 (staff will be engaged at Bologna Fiere for the 2nd exam session of the Open Semester for access to Medicine and Surgery and Dentistry)
- December 31, 2025 - January 6, 2026
During the following periods:
- August 18-22, 2025
- December 24-30, 2025
the Office will be closed to the public but will maintain telephone reception, email response service, and Thursday online appointments.
