For the year 2026, in compliance with Academic Board provisions and national holidays, the Office will observe the following closures to the public: 

• Friday 01 May 2026 (Labor Day)
• Monday 01 June and Tuesday 02 June 2026 (National Republic Day)
• from 10 to 18 August 2026 (summer closure) 
• Monday 07 December and Tuesday 08 December 2026 (Feast of the Immaculate Conception)
